1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting content to TSBOI AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. The Service
TSBOI AI provides an AI-powered content indexing and visibility engine. Upon payment, we process, structure, and distribute your submitted content across AI indexing networks, search engines, and structured data feeds.
3. Content Ownership & Licence
You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting, you grant TSBOI AI a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, display, and distribute your content for indexing and AI visibility purposes.
4. Content Standards
You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing on third-party intellectual property, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards without refund.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable once AI processing has begun. The indexing fee covers processing, schema generation, and multi-network distribution. Payments are handled by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.
6. Immutability of Submissions
Content submitted and indexed cannot be edited after publication. This is by design to maintain the integrity of the indexed record. Updates may be submitted as new versioned entries.
7. Data Deletion Policy
You may request deletion of your submitted content and associated personal data at any time by contacting privacy@tsboi.ai. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, TSBOI AI will remove your content from the Hub, your personal information (name, email, phone) from our database, and associated metadata within 30 days. Note that content already indexed and distributed across external AI networks, search engines, and third-party indexing services cannot be recalled or deleted from those external systems, as they operate independently of TSBOI AI. If you connected a third-party account (e.g., Instagram Business, TikTok), you may disconnect it at any time from your dashboard, and we will cease syncing new content to that platform. To exercise your rights under GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018, contact privacy@tsboi.ai.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific visibility outcomes, citation rates, or search rankings. AI indexing results depend on many external factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSBOI AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant submission.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
